Accommodation: Selecting an Algarve accommodation can be a thorny affair, as there are plenty of options ranging from luxury hotels to camps. All types of Algarve accommodation keep a Complaints Register for inspection by the Tourist Authority. The accommodation prices don’t fall under any form of legal control.

A 50% discount on full meals should be available for under-8-children. An extra bed should be given if young children share a room with adults, but this facility is attached with a supplement of 25% or 30% on the room price.
